AOL and NTL in European negotiations AOL is in talks with cable giant NTL to go into partnership across Europe. NTL has confirmed that it is in the very early stages of negotiation with AOL and it is thought any deal would involve AOL using NTL's Europe-wide cable network in exchange for AOL's content.
