DaimlerChrysler wants SCO suit thrown out DaimlerChrysler has asked the judge to dismiss SCO's suit against it, in which the Unix company alleged the car maker hadn't complied with its request to prove it was using Unix software in accordance with the licence. DaimlerChrysler denies breaching the contract, which it claims was not made with SCO in the first place, and says it has provided SCO with the certification it asked for.
