Palm set to unveil mysterious 'third product'

Palm founder Jeff Hawkins has intimated that he is poised to unveil the company's mysterious 'third product' that he has been working on for at least two years. Mixed reaction to Windows iTunes

Apple's release of iTunes and the accompanying Music Store for Windows has met with a mixed reaction, with some users reporting problems in Windows 2000 and Microsoft claiming that it will be of limited appeal to PC users. NTL directors sued by investors

NTL investors have instigated a lawsuit alleging that company's CEO Barclay Knapp and other directors misled them about the company's financial condition. Last week NTL announced a major financial and operational restructuring in the face of a $17 billion debt. The lawsuit filed on 18 April in the US claims Knapp, COO Steven Carter and CFO John Gregg were responsible for misleading information which artificially increased the company's share price. ...more
