Skype users get own number and voicemail services

Internet telephony company Skype, which has recently said to have passed over 100 million downloads has launched two new premium services, SkypeIn and Skype Voicemail. SkypeIn allows users to get incoming calls to their Skype client from ordinary fixed telephones or mobile phones while travelling, providing seamless interconnectivity without the caller having to pay costly roaming charges. Microsoft shuts Windows 95

Microsoft is no longer issuing licences to offer its successful Windows 95 OS with PCs, in a bid to push Windows 2000 into wider use among businesses and individuals. Major vendors, such as Dell, has posted notification on its site saying that, beginning next year, the company will not sell systems with the OS factory-installed.
