Mozilla puts $500 bounty on 'most wanted' bug arrests

Users of Mozilla software who come across critical security bugs in the program are being encouraged to report the problems to Mozilla - and receive a $500 bounty per bug. The bounty programme has been introduced with backing from venture capitalist Mark Shuttleworth and from Linux distro Lindows. The announcement of the scheme comes at an important time for the Mozilla Foundation. ...more
