In SCO's press release it describes its response as only answering 'certain interrogatories', and in the notice it says it may need to 'supplement or amend' its answers to the interrogatories as the investigation continues. Nineteen-year-old Cole Bartiromo pleaded guilty to offering items on the site which were never shipped to the buyer and to bank fraud for trying to dupe bank staff into cashing checks and sending the money to an offshore account he had set up.
